We are committed to providing care and services that enrich the lives of our residents and employees.Brooke Grove Retirement Village offers competitive salaries and benefits along with quality training and educational opportunities to include:Two comprehensive Medical coverage plans, as well as Dental and VisionLife InsuranceVoluntary Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, and Cancer Indemnity InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts403(b) Retirement PlanPaid Sick, Vacation, and Holiday TimeDirect DepositTuition ReimbursementResponsibilities of a Maintenance Technician :Perform Routine MaintenanceConduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment.Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.Lubricate, clean, and replace parts as necessary to maintain equipment in good working condition.Troubleshoot and RepairDiagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions.Repair or replace defective parts in various systems, including plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC.Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix issues.Facility UpkeepEnsure that the building's interior and exterior are well-maintained.Perform minor construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.Safety and ComplianceEnsure compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.Monitor and control maintenance inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed.Emergency ResponseRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.Participate in on-call rotation to address urgent issues outside of regular working hours.Requirements of a Maintenance Technician: High School Diploma.
