What You'll Do: \n
\n- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines\n
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently\n
- Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management\n
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives\n
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards\n
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits\n
- Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures\n
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care\n
Qualifications: \n
\n- Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice\n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting\n
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills\n
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance\n
- Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality\n
