Now Hiring: Senior Claims Adjuster I – CA Workers’ Comp (100% Remote)

Are you an experienced California Workers’ Compensation adjuster ready to take ownership of complex, high-exposure claims—while working fully remote? This could be your next move.

What you’ll do:

• Manage CA workers’ comp claims from start to finish (medical, indemnity & litigation)

• Handle moderate to high exposure cases with minimal oversight

• Set reserves, direct legal strategy, and drive claims to resolution

• Collaborate with internal partners and attorneys to mitigate risk

• Mentor peers and serve as a subject matter expert

Details:

• 100% Remote (U.S.-based)

• West Coast hours (M–F, 8am–5pm PST)

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of claims experience (CA workers’ comp required)

• Strong litigation and complex claim handling background

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Compensation details: 65000-105000 Yearly Salary
