Quality EngineerQuality Engineer- Identify non quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans. •Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions. •Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment, correction and prevention steps. • Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer requirements. • Make audits and analyze results as specified by quality systems and methods.Key ResponsibilitiesTakes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement.In charge of the Quality of one or several sectorsEnsure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect AnalysisCreate and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sectorManage derogationsLead continuous improvement on its perimeterLead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sectorBe a member of the Short Interval Management of the production linesProvide inputs and challenge about quality for new evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex PEP) contribute to process/control capability implementationBe the local expert of the assembled products in his sectorManage/ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Quality improvement tools, techniques models •Statistical quality techniques and analysisEducation Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
