Commercial HVAC Journeyman

Job Description - Overview Hobby Lobby’s Construction / Facilities Team is looking for a full time individual with experience as a Commercial HVAC Journeyman. Work week schedule may vary and could include some weekends. Job Duties Identify and troubleshoot commercial type air conditioning and heating units including, the adjustment, repair and/or replacement of compressors, fans, heat exchangers, VFD exhaust fans, natural gas components, sheet metal/flex duct work, filter changes, EMS controls, safety devices etc. Perform general commercial maintenance with associated scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance tasks on equipment such as RTUs, chillers, air handlers, rack heaters and exhaust fans. The individual must have good analytical skills and attention to details with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
