Requisition ID: 48630 Location: 1906 Belleview Ave SE, Roanoke, VA 24014 Specialty: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Type: Full Time Category: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Excellent opportunity for an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner Requirements Excellent opportunity for an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner to join our dedicated group of eight neonatologists and team of NNPs providing high-quality care at the Carilion Clinic Children's Hospital (CCCH) in scenic Roanoke, Virginia. **New graduates will be considered, only if willing to relocate.** The hospital is a designated regional perinatal center with 4,800 deliveries annually. Our 60-bed Level-IIIB NICU has 700 admissions annually and an average daily census of 47 babies. Services provided include high frequency ventilation and nitric oxide. There are two maternal-fetal medicine specialists on staff and the hospital offers a full range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties. As one of our NNPs, you will provide in-house coverage caring for critically ill neonates and attend high-risk deliveries. NNP's take ownership of their own team of patients (up to 20) with all acuity levels. The shifts are 24 hours with an occasional 12-hour shift available.
