Echo Technologist

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Sun-Thu, 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM, with one weekend of call every 5th week (Fri-Sun).

Job Description: We are seeking a Registered Echo Technologist to join our team. This role requires the ability to work independently and support inpatient, outpatient, and catheterization procedure exams. The successful candidate will have advanced skills in performing transthoracic echocardiograms and bubble studies, and will assist with transesophageal echocardiograms and structural heart procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and bubble studies.
• Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms and other cardiac procedures.
• Maintain quality standards in echocardiography imaging.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification.
• Pediatric Registered preferred.
• New Mexico State License in Echocardiography.
• BLS certification.
