Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a one-year temporary position in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position assists customers with blueprint submittals for building projects and requires strong customer service and data entry skills.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay: $20.00 per hour Location: Downtown Phoenix, AZ 85003 Parking: Garage parking; temporary employee is responsible for parking costs Type: Temporary Start Date: Immediately upon successful completion of background check Duration: One year Benefits: Available after eligibility requirements are met

Duties

Assist customers at the counter with submitting blueprints for building projects
Review and record information from submitted blueprints
Enter blueprint and project information accurately into a database
Provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy environment

Requirements

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Background check required
