Media Buyer for Paid Social

To support a beloved D2C baby essentials brand, the full-time remote Media Buyer for Paid Social will manage and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving growth from $24M to $75M in revenue while collaborating with creative teams and optimizing performance metrics. Key responsibilities Own and execute paid media campaigns profitably from launch through optimization across multiple platforms Lead creative concepting and iteration for ads, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates Run structured experimentation on various marketing elements and analyze performance data to inform decisions Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing or e-commerce for D2C brands Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for creative and reporting tasks Strong background in crafting both strategy and creative for paid media Demonstrated obsession with profitable growth and understanding of the full customer journey Excellent communication skills for articulating ideas and results effectively
