Job Description

General Responsibilities: Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all IT assets on FDTC Campus. Help and support IT services for FDTC employees and student with Audio Visual and IT issue in person or via telephone.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Associates Degree in Network Systems Management or other closely related field. A+ Certification is preferred. Will consider relevant work experience in the IT support field.

Preferred Requirements: The minimum requirements as listed plus strong customer service skills. Able to repair PC hardware and install network software on all models of computer assets. Able to support both Employees and students with technology problems. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, crawl under desk and lift items that weigh as much as 40 lbs. on occasion. Must have a current US driver's License.

Work Hours and Application Process

Anticipated Work Hours: Thirty-Seven and one-half (37.5) hours per week. Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 11:30 am.
