Senior Director, HCM Compliance & Payroll

Fairygodboss is seeking a Sr. Director of Human Capital Management Counsel/Compliance to support global payroll products and business units. The director will ensure compliance with various wage and hour laws, develop compliance programs, and provide training across ADP's operations, focusing on risk assessment and legal guidance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years in legal practice or 15+ years as a payroll/HR manager and will preferably hold a law degree.
