Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in Metairie, LA. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as calculations, structural analysis, structural inspections, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software for various engineering projects. Qualifications Calculations and Structural Analysis skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Utilize software to analyze structures and ensure their integrity Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success Perform calculations for structural analysis Utilize Autocad/Revit for drafting and design purposes Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the field of civil engineering.
