Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for member.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with member.
• Assist member with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Document and report any changes in member behavior or health status.
• Support member in social and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for member at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Valid CPR/First Aid & Article 9 certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
