Yes Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves overseeing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations. The Training Coordinator will apply instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting training for partner nations. Manage training on geospatial tools and operational dashboard utilization. Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies. Conduct hands-on training sessions. Facilitate communication and cross-cultural knowledge transfer. Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or other tools. Incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development. Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft. Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international partners. Experience in interagency collaboration. Experience in training program assessment. Required Education and Experience Equivalency Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. OR Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development. Required Certifications None specified.
