Media Strategist

Role Summary Manage digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers via paid and organic channels, develop and execute media plans, and work closely with product, operations, and analytics teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital media plans to support new customer acquisition. Deliver daily results forecasting, reporting, and optimization. Understand evolving digital landscape trends and apply best practices to media recommendations. Develop strategic solutions for digital acquisition across multiple channels, including new awareness opportunities and emerging channels like agentic search. Work collaboratively with Digital Innovation, Marketing Operations, Product Strategy, Analytics and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless customer experience from acquisition to retention. Manage internal projects that improve digital acquisition efforts and support integration of new tools and technologies. Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns in CRM and CDP platforms. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a corporate, consulting or agency marketing environment focused on digital marketing. B2C marketing experience in complex customer data environments (credit card or fintech preferred). Experience managing effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive new customer acquisition within cost to book/budget parameters. Understanding of digital channels, social media, paid, agentic and organic search, web design and development, CMS, CRM and database marketing tools. Solid understanding of credit card industry dynamics, customer lifecycle management principles, and marketing best practices. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and measure campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams. Understanding of financial regulatory environment and marketing laws such as CAN‑SPAM. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, economics, finance, or related field.
