Job Title: Senior Life Insurance Case Designer
Location: Hybrid remote in Coral Gables, FL 33134
Job Type: Full-time 80k-120k

Responsibilities
- Case Design and Analysis: Craft sophisticated life insurance plans for high-net-worth clients and enterprises. Assess clients’ financial goals to deliver personalized advice using cutting-edge tools.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with financial advisors to refine client strategies, simplifying complex information to assist decision-making processes. Offer continuous policy guidance and strategic enhancements.
- Product Expertise: Remain at the forefront of industry trends and product developments. Influence product innovation and impart your knowledge through internal training and workshops.
- Compliance and Documentation: Guarantee that all procedures and recommendations adhere to legal standards and internal guidelines, meticulously documenting all case details.
- Leadership: Mentor junior designers, lead operational enhancements, and uphold a culture of professional growth and cooperation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFP, CLU, ChFC) preferred.
- 7-10 years’ experience in life insurance design, underwriting, or similar roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various life insurance products.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using advanced case design software.
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
