Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  15+ years of progressive experience in architecture, with significant experience in hospitality, casino, gaming, resort, entertainment, or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated success generating revenue through business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Established network of contacts within the local market and relevant industry sectors.
• Proven experience leading large, complex architectural projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts, and risk management.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts and grow the firm's Hospitality, Casino, and Gaming practice through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, casino operators, tribal entities, hospitality brands, and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead project pursuits, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Provide executive-level oversight of architectural projects, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Mentor and develop architectural staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Represent the firm in the local market through networking, industry events, community engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.
