We are seeking a Nursing Home Administrator LNHA ( Executive Director ) for a nursing home in the New Haven area .
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate health services
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
LNHA Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
