Job Summary Receives incoming requests from customers and/or vendors, executes orders, provides quotes, checks shipment status, etc. Analyzes customer needs and provides solutions. Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective ongoing operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence. Requires advanced skills and expertise in a variety of work processes or activities. Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
