LVN - Private Duty Nursing - Spanish Preferred - Gardena, CA

Job Description

Sanitas Home Health Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a private-duty patient in Gardena, CA . Spanish-speaking preferred.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Weekend shifts may also be available.

The patient has cerebral palsy, G-tube, and requires assistance with ADLs . LVN responsibilities include G-tube care/feeding, medication administration, monitoring the patient’s condition, providing ordered skilled nursing care, assisting with ADLs, and completing required shift documentation.

Requirements: Active California LVN license, current BLS/CPR, and experience with G-tube care. Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable providing one-on-one care in the home.
