Sr. Marketing Manager, Women’s Health

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead women's health marketing initiatives for the da Vinci Surgical System in the US market. The role involves developing integrated marketing strategies, building key opinion leader relationships, and driving procedure growth across gynecology and breast surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for da Vinci adoption in gynecology and breast surgery
• Build and execute marketing plans with tactical programs to achieve budgeted growth projections
• Develop qualitative and quantitative market data to understand surgeons, practices, and patient journeys
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leader surgeons and surgical society leaders
• Coordinate trade shows, digital initiatives, and marketing campaigns with ROI tracking and recommendations

Requirements

• 12+ years marketing experience in therapeutic medical device companies
• Proven ability to align diverse teams using influence marketing strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
