Facilities Operations Director - Hands-On Building Leader

A community service organization in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Director to oversee all aspects of building operations and maintenance. This role combines management and hands-on tasks, including supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and performing various repair and maintenance duties.
