We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Appointment Scheduler to join New Paradigm Staffing , a healthcare staffing agency specializing in remote administrative support roles.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization and communication. You’ll manage appointment bookings, coordinate schedules, and assist patients with accessing services.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage calendars for providers
- Update patient records with scheduling details
- Assist patients with appointment-related questions
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
