NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expanding Heart & Vascular program in Napa, CA. Our multidisciplinary team includes non-invasive and interventional cardiologists, cardiac electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons, advanced practice providers, specialized cardiac nurses, and cardiovascular technologists. Together, we deliver coordinated, patient-centered care utilizing both innovative minimally invasive approaches and advanced medical therapies.\n

  • Inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiology

Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic studies, including: 
\n
• Echocardiography
\n
• Nuclear cardiology imaging
\n
• Exercise and pharmacologic stress testing
\n
• Interpret advanced cardiovascular imaging, including: 
\n
• Cardiac MRI
\n
• Cardiac CT angiography
\n
• Evaluate and manage patients with: 
\n
• Coronary artery disease
\n
• Heart failure
\n
• Arrhythmias
\n
• Valvular heart disease
\n
• Other complex cardiovascular conditions
\n
• Provide inpatient consultations and perform daily cardiovascular rounds
\n
• Manage outpatient cardiology clinic patients, including preoperative and postoperative cardiac evaluations
\n
• Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiac surgeons, and APPs to ensure coordinated patient care
\n
• Participate in quality improvement and cardiovascular program development initiatives
\n

Qualifications \n
\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
\n
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted California medical license
\n
• Expertise in non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics and patient management
\n
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
