We are a community-focused organization that values work-life balance, teamwork, and professional growth.What You'll Do:Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.Assist customers with deposit accounts, loans, online banking, mobile banking, and other bank services.Research and resolve customer questions, concerns, and account-related issues.Troubleshoot digital banking issues and guide customers through available solutions.Recommend products and services that meet customer needs.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.Protect customer information and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.Deliver a positive customer experience while supporting customer retention and relationship growth.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-pace environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 1+ years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, administrative, call center, or office environments preferred.
