The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence technical strategy, drive improvements, and serve as a trusted resource for the Infrastructure team.This position does not include formal management responsibilities but will provide mentorship and guidance to Network Administrator I and II team members on advanced networking issues.Required Qualifications5 years of enterprise network engineering experienceCCNP certification required; CCIE preferredExtensive Cisco routing and switching experience at the CCNP/CCIE levelStrong experience with SD-WAN technologies (VeloCloud or similar solutions)Extensive experience with Azure cloud networkingDemonstrated ability to contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions, not just execute predefined solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn enterprise-level network troubleshooting and architecture decisions across a large, multi-site environment spanning 20 locations across 9 statesDrive SD-WAN strategy and contribute to evaluating future networking technologies and solutionsSupport major infrastructure modernization initiatives, including identity modernization, Zero Trust implementation, and platform migrationsProvide technical mentorship and guidance to Network Administrator I and II team membersServe as a secondary escalation point for complex network issuesDocument network architecture, design decisions, and technical standards to support the broader Infrastructure teamLexington, KY, USHybridTechnology Vaco$ 100000.00 - 125000.00 yearly direct hire
