Compensation:

Salary Range: $550,000 - $750,000

Role Responsibilities:

Showcase your expertise as a Gastroenterologist.

Every day presents unique challenges, allowing you to collaborate on innovative, patient-centered strategies. Below are some of the responsibilities you can expect to undertake in both inpatient and outpatient settings:

For General Gastroenterologists:

• Diagnosing and managing a wide array of gastrointestinal disorders.

• Conducting routine endoscopic procedures, such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies.

• Providing patient education, guidance on disease prevention, and support for health maintenance.

For Gastroenterologists with Advanced Skills:

• Diagnosing and managing complex gastrointestinal issues using advanced diagnostic and therapeutic methods.

• Performing ERCP procedures to treat conditions affecting the bile ducts, pancreas, and gallbladder.

• Utilizing EUS examinations for diagnosing and staging gastrointestinal tumors and managing pancreatic and biliary disorders.

• Working with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Essential qualifications for the Gastroenterologist role include:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical School.

• Possession of an active New York Medical License.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.

• For Advanced GI: Completion of subspecialty training in Advanced Endoscopy, including ERCP and EUS.
