Engagement Manager, Systems Integration

IQVIA seeks an Engagement Manager for Systems Integration to provide commercial solutions support and drive large-scale technology implementations across the firm's client base. The role involves managing strategic client relationships, overseeing multi-country deployments, and ensuring financial performance for assigned customer segments.

Responsibilities

Allocate 50% of time to direct customer segment engagement and support
Oversee large-scale, multi-country technology implementations and ensure client satisfaction
Develop and execute strategic account and segment plans with financial targets
Build and strengthen relationships with senior-level client stakeholders across accounts
Coordinate between IQVIA and client touchpoints to align priorities and share insights

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Seven years of sales, service, or marketing experience
Project management and client relationship-building skills
Understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Expertise in life sciences industry consulting methodologies
Strong presentation and communication skills

Compensation: $115,700–$322,200 base
