Marketing and Production Coordinator

Duration: 6+ Months Location: Chicago, IL

Position Summary: Overall, the Marketing and Production Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of marketing materials for Combined Insurance's insurance products. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities: This role will support two of our biggest initiatives:

• Reviewing sales proposals to mark-up brochures.
• Overseeing development of marketing brochures for the sales support team for Client Workplace Benefits
• Coordinate and manage the ongoing needs for our Medicare Supplement product
• Assist with other projects as needed

• Interest in learning about insurance products to provided expertise over time in product portfolio variations
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with both Mac OS and PC platforms; proficient in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro and the full MS Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Maintain a positive attitude and actively contribute to a collaborative work environment

Education/Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing and production
• Bachelor's degree required but open for solid, appropriate experience instead of full degree
