Product Specialist - DX Thermal Product Line

Product Specialist – Job Description The Product Specialist will support Product Managers and the Sr. Manager for DX Thermal Offerings. The role involves collaborating with key customers, sales teams, regional stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to execute roadmaps through the New Product Development Stage Gate process. Focus is on executing later‑stage gates, such as launch phases, and maintaining existing offerings. Responsibilities Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs and the competitive landscape. Ensure all customer‑facing documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate. Provide offering information to customers, sales, customer service and application engineering. Develop and track metrics to measure post‑launch sales performance of new offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing programs for demand generation. Create sales‑facing order configuration forms. Mine data and present it to help with product forecasting, executive summaries and sales/order trends. Assist in championing resolution of offering issues (delivery, quality, inventory, order management). Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements 1‑3 years of experience in product management. Knowledge of HVAC equipment and technologies (preferred). Project management skills to prioritize and drive internal offering projects to completion. Detail oriented to provide accurate specifications and launch materials. Effective communication of technical information and complex ideas. Experience working with customers and field sales teams preferred. Strong written or oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs. General interest in sales, marketing, operations, and financial disciplines preferred. 10% travel requirement. Education University degree (BS or Master). Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship available.
