What You'll Do Support attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation Manage case files, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation Draft and revise legal documents, correspondence, and court filings Coordinate document production and large-scale e-discovery projects Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and trial binders Conduct factual and legal research Maintain litigation calendars and track critical deadlines Electronically file documents in state and federal courts Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Assist attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials What We're Looking For 3+ years of law firm business litigation paralegal experience Experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters Strong knowledge of discovery, e-filing, and court procedures Experience with trial preparation and document management Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Professional, confidential, and team-oriented approach Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Paralegal Certificate Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies Discretionary year-end bonus opportunity Supplemental Life Insurance Critical Illness Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Profit Sharing Plan PTO Paid Parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
