REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for a diverse med-surg/rehab population, coordinate interdisciplinary services, administer medications and treatments, and support safe discharges.
