About the Role Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to cook up one heck of a pizza pie. You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen and restaurant running smoothly. No experience required, though previous line cook, dough-stretching, or pizza-making experience is a huge plus! We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion. Job Requirements If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you! Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time. Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly. Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc. Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz. Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures. Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments. Must be 18+ years old to apply. Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation). Able to read, write, and speak English comfortably with team and customers. Pizza Cook Scheduling East Side is open Sunday-Thursday 11AM-Midnight, Friday & Saturday 11AM-2:30AM. Typical shift times include lunches (9:30am/10:30am-5:30pm/6:30pm), non-closing dinners (4pm-11pm), weekday closes (5:30pm-1:30am), and weekend late night closes (10/11pm-4am). One late night shift per week is required; late night shifts are Friday or Saturday from 10pm or 11pm-4am. Ideal candidates are available for weekday and weekend closing shifts.
