Construction Project Manager

We Search People are working with one of the largest and most well-established commercial real estate firms in the Frederick, MD area, that is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to support their growing construction and development pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from preconstruction through completion and wants to be part of a company with a strong reputation, long-term stability, and a significant pipeline of work across the region. The ideal candidate will have: 5–12 years of construction project management experience Strong experience managing interior fit-outs, ground-up construction, and site development projects Previous experience working for a General Contractor strongly preferred Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, procurement, and project execution Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving on schedule and within budget Strong communication and leadership skills in both office and field environments If you’re interested, please apply below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
