Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper

Benefits Eligible for Health, Vision, Dental, and 401(K) benefits. Pay $60-70K annually Responsibilities Process daily deposits and apply cash receipts accurately. Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities. Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain supporting schedules. Process weekly payroll by reviewing and entering employee timesheets. Manage accounts receivable collections by communicating with tenants regarding past‑due balances and payment updates. Prepare quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and rent roll reviews for assigned properties. Generate monthly utility billings for tenants. Assist with year‑end reconciliations and annual budget preparation. Support day‑to‑day accounting and property management operations. Qualifications Experience with general accounting, reconciliations, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheets. Experience with Yardi is preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
