Unifi Services - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and complaints; Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance; Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in including boarding and baggage services, reservations and resolving related complaints; Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine; Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery to passengers
