What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on reviews and interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with the healthcare team within secure facility protocols
• Address the mental health needs of inmates effectively and compassionately

What You Need

• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card for facility clearance
• Relevant licensure or certification in mental health counseling (subject to facility requirements)
• Prior experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention
• Strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience working in correctional or forensic settings
• Knowledge of mental health treatment protocols in secure environments
