Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Micro Fulfillment Center Location: Northlake, TX 76262 (Onsite) Pay: $21.60/hour Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, Friday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Off Wed, Thurs, Sat) Job Summary This role supports a pharmacy micro-fulfillment environment that focuses on processing and distributing prescription medications to retail locations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring prescriptions are accurately entered, filled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on efficiency, accuracy, and patient impact. Key Responsibilities Enter and process new patient and prescription information using pharmacy systems Handle prescription refill requests in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Interpret prescription directions (SIG codes) and resolve missing or unclear information Troubleshoot and resolve data entry exceptions Operate automated fulfillment machinery and support workflow processes Count, fill, label, package, and ship prescriptions accurately Maintain clean and organized work areas, including equipment upkeep Resolve third-party insurance rejections and resubmit claims as needed Support pharmacists (onsite and remote) with daily operations Identify and escalate issues to senior team members when appropriate Obtain and maintain an active pharmacy technician license within 90 days if not already active Required Qualifications TX Pharmacy Technician State license/registration required High School Diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Willingness to work assigned schedules and adapt to shift changes Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Active PTCB or ExCPT certification 1-2+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred (retail, fulfillment, or call center) Experience in a high-volume or automated pharmacy environment Strong customer service background
