Wellness Journey Concierge

Base Pay $20.00 - $22.00 / Hour Employee Type PT Non-Exempt Manage Others No Description To support the Wellness Department by creating meaningful relationships with members and helping them begin and continue their Wellness Journey at The Claremont Club. The Wellness Journey Concierge serves as an important connection between Membership, Wellness, Personal Training, and our members. The Wellness Journey Concierge is responsible for member outreach, consultations, InBody assessments when required, scheduling, lead follow-up, trainer matching, sales support, and accurate tracking. This position will help members identify their goals and connect them with the appropriate Wellness resources and Personal Training professionals. The goal is to connect with members, understand their needs, create the right Wellness Journey, connect them with the right trainer, follow up, build relationships, and drive results. Requirements

• Ability to engage with our Members and convert them to into Personal Training clients.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to learn and grow within the organization.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Fitness industry knowledge is a plus
• Sales skills and experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel

Summary Create and deepen relationships with members and prospective Wellness clients. Work closely with Membership to identify new members who may benefit from Wellness services. Proactively contact members by phone, email, and in person using a warm, personalized approach. Introduce members to the Wellness Journey and available Personal Training and Wellness services. Learn each member's goals, experience, schedule, preferences, and wellness needs. Schedule Wellness consultations, orientations, InBody assessments, and complimentary Personal Training sessions. Serve as a welcoming and visible face of the Wellness Department on the Weight Room floor. Build positive relationships with members and become a familiar and trusted Wellness resource. Engage members naturally and identify opportunities to introduce them to Wellness services. Provide appropriate referrals when members have questions or needs outside the scope of the position.

TRAINER MATCHING & LEAD MANAGEMENT

Develop a strong working knowledge of the Wellness Personal Training team, including each trainer's strengths, specialties, coaching style, personality, availability, and preferred client populations. Thoughtfully match members with trainers based on their goals, personality, schedule, experience, coaching style, and individual needs. Provide warm and professional handoffs to Personal Trainers. Follow up with trainers and members regarding leads, consultations, complimentary sessions, and potential new clients.
