Marketing Technology Coordinator

Job Description Are you passionate about software and learning the latest technology? We are looking for a hard-working, tech-savvy individual to join our team. This role will support the marketing team at Nextiny by becoming a technical power user of HubSpot. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data imports, technical setup, portal customizations, and more under the strategic direction of marketing leadership. The ideal candidate will: Have an interest in marketing and previous experience using marketing technology such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc. Have a knack for learning new technology Be comfortable using Excel Be detail-oriented and organized Be able to work quickly and efficiently Be able to take directions well Possess technical problem-solving skills Be able to conduct independent research to learn more about technology to autonomously troubleshoot and further investigate to fix a problem Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts Adapt quickly to changing priorities and needs Responsibilities: Import data into HubSpot Find opportunities for cleaning up HubSpot data Create custom properties for website forms and CRM use Customize HubSpot portal for unique use cases for all clients based on strategic guidance from the fellow Nextiny team members Creating reports and dashboards based on supplied data points Technical set up of HubSpot Workflows from a supplied outlined strategy Work with HubSpot Support and Channel Consultant when challenges are complex enough to warrant outside opinion Use other HubSpot integrated apps such as SeventhSense, CallRail, Insycle, Wistia, Databox, BrightLocal, Moz, SEMRush, and more.
