Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to support analytical and AI initiatives for DePuy Synthes' global commercial operations. The role involves building trusted datasets, developing KPI frameworks, and delivering predictive and generative AI solutions to enhance sales enablement, customer engagement, and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets; define source-of-truth datasets and ensure quality monitoring
• Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across commercial systems
• Prototype and evaluate generative AI use cases with guardrails, human validation, and measurement
• Define and standardize KPI frameworks; translate business needs into usable data models
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, security, and AI governance policies; identify bias risks

Requirements

• 5+ years analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics experience with CRM/lifecycle measurement
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs
• Hands-on Alteryx Designer experience building and optimizing end-to-end data workflows
• Ability to clean, blend, and transform large complex datasets from multiple sources
• Strong knowledge of orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles
• Experience translating business questions into hypotheses and analytical approaches
• Knowledge of data privacy concepts relevant to CRM and governance controls
