Logistics Sales Executive

How you will contribute to the mission: Build and grow a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities through proven lead generation strategies. Initiate discovery calls with potential and existing customers to ensure business alignment with TMC service solutions. Establish long-term partnerships built on integrity, competence and capability. Communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services. Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate pricing solutions that meet customer needs which align with company profitability objectives. Execute business opportunities, promptly address customer concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolutions which cultivate positive customer experiences. Monitor market trends, industry disruptors, and regulatory changes to provide informed, educated customer solutions. Accurately track sales goals, customer activity, and performance expectations utilizing existing, internal software platforms. Proactively communicate with leadership all notable activities, successes, and challenges to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
