Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for staff technology problems across MVCDC's 21 locations. This position resolves Tier 1 support requests, prepares and deploys computers and mobile devices, executes onboarding and offboarding tasks, supports classroom technology, maintains the IT asset register, and escalates anything outside defined Tier 1 scope.
