NOW HIRING: Unit Manager
Shift: Full-Time
Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse ready to take on a leadership role? We’re looking for a dedicated Unit Manager to join our team at our nursing home. As a Unit Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while leading a team of nursing professionals.
Unit Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate care delivery for residents on the unit.
- Manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions, coordinating with physicians as needed.
- Foster a compassionate and positive environment for both residents and staff.
Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs.
