Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: 2+ years recent ICU experience License: RN license required Certifications: Active American Heart Association ACLS, Active American Heart Association BLS, NIHSS Certification required Must-Have: Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered Must be willing to take mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted Must have prior EPIC experience Previous travel experience required Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies. It adheres to the standards of professional nursing practice. The role utilizes a framework for professional nursing practice and development. The individual is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by themselves or others under their direction. They utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data. The position requires planning, providing, and evaluating care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
