On-site Front Desk Receptionist
Provides front desk support for the facility. Provides a first impression for all who visit of extraordinary customer service. Answers phones, greets visitors, distributes mail, copies and faxes, signs for packages and various general administrative duties.
Operates telephone to answer, screen and/or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. Greets persons entering facility, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to specific destinations. Performs administrative support tasks, such as filing, maintaining records and information/document transmission. Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares incoming and outgoing mail. Provides information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Minimum High school diploma or GED; or one three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Preferred Experience with various computer software programs. 0-1 years' experience.
