Recruiting Specialist

Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach Execute sourcing strategies to maintain a consistent candidate pipeline at the top of the recruitment funnel Manage job postings and sourcing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to recruiting partners Maintain accurate and timely activity documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Research and identify new sourcing channels, partnerships, and outreach opportunities Participate in projects improving recruiting processes, tools, and technology Collaborate with internal partners to identify sourcing opportunities with professional associations and academic institutions Requirements Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field Preferred: Experience in healthcare or clinical recruiting Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sourcing and recruiting clinical candidates through various channels, utilizing ATS platforms and sourcing tools effectively while maintaining data accuracy and organization.
