Epic Certified Principal Trainer

Leading clinical application training initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified Principal Trainer will develop and update training materials, support deployment readiness, and provide guidance to Credentialed Trainers in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as functional training lead for assigned applications or workstreams Develop, maintain, and update role-based curricula and training materials Provide guidance and quality oversight to ensure consistent training delivery standards Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training Experience supporting EHR implementations or large-scale system initiatives Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and operational healthcare workflows Epic certification(s) required at time of hire (Ambulatory, Patient Access Applications, Revenue Cycle, Cogito preferred) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
