Registered Nurse

Position Overview \ We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Key Responsibilities \ \ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Participate in performance improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• \ Required Qualifications \ \ Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or Compact State License).
• Current BLS Certification .
• ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire .
• Previous Medical/Surgical nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• \ Preferred Qualifications \ \ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Additional relevant clinical education or experience is an asset.
