Population Health Senior Analyst

Leading analyses to guide strategy and improve health outcomes, the full-time Population Health Senior Analyst will work remotely, collaborating with business leaders to conduct performance assessments and develop predictive tools while mentoring new analysts. Key responsibilities Conduct independent analyses to monitor performance and identify new opportunities Lead analytic projects, including vendor partnerships and predictive analytic tool development Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate performance insights to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics, math, statistics, health informatics, or data science; master's degree preferred 5+ years of data analytics experience with large data sets in clinical, operational, or business contexts 3+ years of experience with medical claims data in managed healthcare or insurance operations Proficiency in developing dashboards using Tableau and conducting advanced analytics with SAS and SQL Experience with quality measures such as HEDIS or CMS measures preferred
